Course Refund Policy
1. 24-Hour Refund Window
- Full refund available if requested within 24 hours after the first class
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@vidyatrix.in
- No refunds will be granted after the 24-hour window has elapsed
- To be eligible, you must not have accessed more than 25% of course materials
2. Non-Refundable After 24 Hours
- All course fees become non-refundable after 24 hours from the first class
- No exceptions will be made for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Failure to attend subsequent classes
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style
- Technical issues resolved within 48 hours
3. Refund Process
To request a refund within the 24-hour window:
- Email support@vidyatrix.in with subject "Refund Request - [Course Name]"
- Include your full name and registered email
- Provide payment reference number
- State reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly Plans
- May cancel anytime through account dashboard
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until end of billing cycle
2. 1+ Months Plans
- No refunds after 24 hours from first access
- Cancellation stops future billing
General Terms
1. Policy Enforcement
- 24-hour refund window strictly enforced
- All decisions are final
- Chargebacks will result in account termination
2. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
