Welcome to vidyatrix.in ("Website", "Service", "Platform"), operated by Vidyatrix EdTech ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").   • Users between 13-18 years must have parent/guardian consent and supervision.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content

  • User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, with changes effective for new purchases/subscriptions.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time, but no refunds for partial subscription periods.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for unused courses.
  • No refunds after course content has been accessed beyond 20%.
  • Processing fees may apply to refunds.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display ("User Content").
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality.
  • We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
  • You warrant that you have all necessary rights to any User Content you provide.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
  • All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
  • You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
